At Storyline.help, we specialize in providing personalized digital services, including custom-made stories, content, and tailored materials. Because our services are created specifically for you, they fall under the category of custom-made goods.
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your digital service, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content
When you purchase a custom service from us, work begins shortly after your confirmation. According to Danish consumer law and our terms of service:
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed or the digital content creation has begun with your prior express consent.
- To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 7-day review period as outlined below.
7-Day Review Period & Refunds
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of the service delivered, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your request must be accompanied by a clear explanation of why the service did not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your refund, we require a receipt or order confirmation.
Refund Process
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (MobilePay, Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at kontakt@storyline.help.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced services may be refunded. Sale items or discounted packages are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Complaints & Consumer Rights
As a customer of a Danish-based service, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with Danish consumer law. If you believe your service is defective or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
